Who we are
This website, loomiq.io, is run by Nine39.com (“we”, “us”), the business behind Loomiq. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about privacy at help@loomiq.io.
This notice covers the website only. When a firm uses the Loomiq application, that firm decides how its client data is used and we process it on the firm’s behalf under our agreement with it.
What we collect
- No forms: this website has no forms of any kind and does not ask you for any personal data.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps server logs, which may include your IP address and the pages you asked for, for a short period, to keep the website running and secure.
- Your analytics choice: if the website asks whether it may count visits, your answer is kept in your own browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us. See the cookie policy.
- If you email us: when you write to help@loomiq.io, we use your email address and what you write to reply to you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this website loads nothing from third parties.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To keep the website running and secure and to prevent abuse (server logs): our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the people who use it.
- To reply to your email: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
How long we keep it
- Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and then deleted.
- We keep emails only as long as we need them to deal with what you asked, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Railway hosts the website in the EU West region (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and processes the server logs for us under contract.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Contact us at help@loomiq.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), but we would like the chance to help first.
Changes
We will update this notice when how we use personal data changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
